Returns

You may return unopened and unused TurfGuard® products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible, products must be in their original packaging and condition.

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Any signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will void the return.

How to Return

Contact our support team at turfguardteam@gmail.com within 30 days to initiate your return.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
