Shipping Destinations
We ship internationally.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days following receipt of payment. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery
Shipments are fulfilled using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

          Standard shipping within the United States typically requires 3–7 business days.

          Shipping to Canadian addresses generally requires 7–14 business days, subject to customs clearance.

          Shipping internationally will take longer than canadian addresses, and varies based on continent.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated at the point of purchase.

Order Tracking
Upon shipment, customers will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may be accessed directly through the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments to Canada may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
